11.3 The Website enables you to request the permanent deletion of your account and thereby terminate your association with us. Upon initiating such a request, all information associated with your account, including but not limited to past orders, current or past service bookings, wishlists, saved addresses, and any unused benefits, vouchers, credits, or promotional offers extended by the LLP, will no longer be accessible to you. By requesting the deletion of your profile, you acknowledge and agree to forfeit the ability to create a new account using the same email address in the future, as well as any entitlements under applicable LLP policies, including but not limited to maintenance or repair services, or any other customer support or service obligations. In the event that your account has any open orders, pending payments, unresolved grievances, active shipments, or service plans, the LLP reserves the right to refuse or delay the processing of your Profile deletion request until such matters are resolved.
