1.1 The LLP follows a strict “No Refund, No Returns, No Exchange” policy without any exceptions due to the luxury, exclusive, and artisanal nature of our products. Further, all products are made to order, therefore cancellations or returns will not be processed once the order is placed by User and confirmation is sent by the LLP. 

1.2 All sales are final, and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances once the order is received and confirmed by the LLP.

1.3 Users are strongly encouraged to carefully review all product details, specifications, images, and descriptions before placing the order. All shipping charges, customs duties, handling fees and other such levies are non-refundable. 

1.4 By placing an order, you expressly confirm your acceptance of this No Refund, No Return, No Exchange Policy in its entirety, and acknowledge that there are no exceptions to this. 

1.5 The LLP shall not accept returns or provide refunds arising from delays or non-performance attributable to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, pandemics, act of God, strikes, war, transport restrictions or similar force majeure events.
