1.1 Delivery Process:

The LLP delivers the products purchased by You through its authorised delivery partners and not by itself. All products/orders are processed for delivery/shipment after successful pre-payment. The delivery of the products/orders is processed at such address which is provided by You. The LLP or its service providers (delivery partners) do not have an obligation to verify the details of the delivery address provided by You. You agree and understand that the LLP shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for: 

a)delivery of the Product(s) at a wrong address furnished by You;
b)any loss and/or damage incurred by You due to incorrect, incomplete and/or false information furnished by You;

1.2 Delivery Timeframes 

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, shipping destination and the delivery partner's time-to-deliver the products to the customers location. While the LLP will aim at delivering the products to You at the earliest, the delivery may be delayed in case of force majeure events, festivals, geopolitical developments, or under circumstances which may be beyond the control of the LLP. In such a situation, the LLP will deliver the products to You at the earliest possible time. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party delivery partner, or by you, or due to unforeseen circumstances outside the control of the LLP. In the event that you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the third-party delivery partner and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or redelivery will take place.

1.3 Recipient Verification and Acceptance

At the time of placing an order, the User shall provide accurate personal and sensitive personal information as required, including the full legal name of the intended recipient, as reflected in a valid government-issued photo identification. At the time of delivery, the recipient must present valid government-issued identification for verification. Delivery shall be completed only upon successful verification of the recipient’s identity by the LLP or its authorised courier partner. The recipient must cooperate by sharing the necessary and valid identification details to ensure safe and secure delivery.

1.4 Delivery to Another Person: 

In case the User wishes to authorise another person to receive the delivery on their behalf, the details of such authorised recipient must be provided at the time of placing the order and confirmed in writing. All items shall be delivered directly to the authorised person specified at the time of order placement, and under no circumstances can the recipient details be changed once the order has been processed.

1.5 Checking Package Condition: 

Before accepting the delivery of the products, the User or the recipient of the order must inspect the package for any signs of damage, tampering with, if the contents do not match the order. Upon noticing any such issue, the User must not accept the delivery of the order and immediately contact the Grievance Officers of the LLP, within 12 hours of such attempted delivery to report the discrepancy. Prompt notification will allow the LLP to take appropriate steps to address the matter in a timely manner. The recipient, upon signing the delivery receipt, acknowledges the receipt of the product in good order and condition; in terms of the order placed with the LLP. 

1.6 Non-Delivery and Re-shipment: 

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the LLP/courier agent shall try and deliver the product three times before returning the same to the LLP. All costs for reshipment handling in the case of non-delivery to the User or the recipient shall be chargeable to the User and none of such charges will be borne by the LLP under any circumstance. 

1.7 Shipping Charges: 

Shipping charges will be applicable on all orders depending on the delivery location. Please note, the shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the LLP. If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the User, all costs arising from failed or unsuccessful delivery attempts shall be borne solely by the User.
